New Investment Product from Emporiki Bank
Summary
High returns, secured regular income, guarantee of initial capital at maturity

Emporiki Bank aiming at the constant development of products that cover the modern needs of its customers, provides a new investment product under the title “Structured Note”, which offers the possibility of high returns, guaranteeing at the same time regular coupon payments and initial capital at maturity.

The “Structured Note” is a Floating – Interest Rate Note with 2-year maturity and maximum return, issued by Emporiki Group Finance PLC, a subsidy of Emporiki Bank Group and offers special privileges to investors.

The coupon rate is floating and linked to Euribor 3Μ plus spread 1% with maximum 3%, giving the opportunity of high returns and guaranteeing regular cash flows through quarterly coupon payments.

Furthermore, the new investment solution provides guarantee of initial capital at maturity and low entry amount from €5.000. It has no subscription, redemption and custody fees.

The “Structured Note” has been available to customers since 21 December 2009. For further information on the new product "Structured Note", please refer to Emporiki Bank Branches.
