Emporiki Bank meets the needs of businesses and professionals

Emporiki Bank supports the Professional Chamber of Athens (E.E.A.) and re-affirms its long-standing commitment to act as a solid partner to the Greek professionals and businesses, taking up the sponsorship of the Chamber’s Annual New Year’s Reception event, which took place on January 11th, as well as a series of cooperation initiatives to be developed in 2010.

Emporiki Bank, within the framework of this strategic cooperation, will have a long-term opportunity to present its range of products tailor-made for businesses and professionals, during the course of relevant seminars that will be organized by the E.E.A. Namely, Emporiki will be a key contributor in key training programs of 2010 to present its business solutions and elaborate on the positive impact they will have upon the businesses and professionals that will make use of them.

Additionally, Emporiki Bank will organize throughout 2010 a series of workshops for the members of E.E.A. on key subjects covering the entire range of their interest.

Mr. Alain Strub, Vice-Chairman and CEO of Emporiki represented the bank at the Reception, which was honored by the presence of high-ranking government officials, representatives of all political parties, members of the Professional Chamber, as well as representatives of the entire business community.

The Professional Chamber of Athens is the largest Chamber in Greece with more than 230,000 registered members, mainly concerning professionals and businesses from a range of 300 commercial activity sectors covering the entire Attica Region. The Chamber’s main mission is to protect and promote the professional and development activities of its members, the granting of opinion proposals and the service of the National Economy’s general interests.
