Publication of Prospectus Supplement
Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A. announces that, as of 09.03.2010, the
Greek Prospectus Supplement (hereinafter the “Supplement”) which was approved
by the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission on 08.03.2010, will be available to
investors. The Supplement relates to the rights issue of the Bank through
payment in cash in favor of the Bank’s existing shareholders as decided by the
Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank’s shareholders on December 14,
2009.
