Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A. announces that the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, during its meeting of October 26th, 2011, delisted from ATHEX the shares of the Company Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A. following the Bank’s Extra-Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting decision of September 23rd, 2011, pursuant to article 17, par. 5 of Law 3371/2005.

Extraordinary General Meeting Resolution
The société anonyme Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A. (Company) resolved to delist the shares issued by the Company from the Athens Exchange and the submission of a relevant delisting application according to article 17 par. 5 of L. 3371/2005 to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.

On 09.09.2011 Crédit Agricole S.A. and Sacam International SAS, as a “person acting in concert” with Crédit Agricole S.A. pursuant to article 2(e) of Law 3461/2006 for the purposes of the voluntary Tender Offer held in total 512,228,885 shares and the corresponding voting rights representing 100% in the share capital of Emporiki.
