Upgraded Emporiki e-Banking service!
Responding to current trends, as well as, the needs of its
customers for the enhancement of its e.Services, Emporiki Bank proceeded with
the upgrade of the Emporiki e-Banking service. Via the new user-friendly environment and an
easy-to-navigate menu, Emporiki e-Banking
customers are now able to:

assign friendly names to all Emporiki Bank
products
-
save other banks products (accounts, credit card
numbers) and electronic payment codes, using a friendly name of their
choice
-
set a menu comprising of their most frequently used
transactions
-
receive useful messages sent by the bank
-
monitor and manage their session time out
period
Emporiki e-Banking service customers are
still able to:
... monitor:
-
the balance and activity of their accounts, credit
cards, and loans
-
the status of their treasury bonds, fixed term deposit
accounts and stock purchase orders
-
their stock portfolio position
... make transactions such as:
-
money transfers to Emporiki Bank accounts or to other
banks within Greece and the Eurozone (SEPA countries)
-
bill payments (telecommunications, energy, water
etc.)
-
state and pension funds payments (VAT, IKA, OAEE etc.)
-
direct debits for a variety of organizations
(telecommunications, energy, water etc.)
-
VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners credit
card payments (own or third party) issued by Emporiki Bank or other Greek banks
... manage:
-
their profile data (add or remove Emporiki Bank
accounts, change their password or their daily transfer limit)
-
their active direct debit mandates
-
One Time Password settings (OTP)
... whilst they can also:

subscribe to the Emporiki Alerts
service and keep track of their accounts and cards activity via SMS
or/and email

collect passwords for subscription to the Emporiki
Bank Secure and Emporiki Phone Banking
services

get information on the ΙΒΑΝ & BIC codes

order checkbooks
-
report a lost or stolen card
