For those of you that would like your bank available 24 hours | 7 days, Emporiki Bank offers you the Emporiki e. Banking service. Fill in and submit the online application form from the Bank’s corporate portal, and within the next two working days you will be able to use the Emporiki e. Banking service and carry out an array of banking transactions at no extra cost and –above all– in an easy and secure manner.

What’s on offer?

The Emporiki e.Banking service is structured so as to meet a broad range of needs of private individuals, professionals and enterprises. Enterprises in particular are offered the opportunity to:

• manage their accounts through multiple representatives, each with different access and management rights
• execute mass payroll orders for employees’ payroll, and
• execute mass direct debit orders: in the form of requests, for initiating direct debits from Emporiki Bank nominated accounts, and for debiting nominated Emporiki Bank accounts

Account Info:

• "At a glance" display of the balances of all accounts, loans and credit cards, as soon as you login to the system.
• Details of the balance and activity of accounts (Savings, Current, Checking, Privileged, Foreign Currency).
• Details of the balance and activity of loans (Home, Personal, Business)
• Account statement
• Details of the balance and activity of credit cards.
• Information on the status of Treasury Bonds
• Information on the status of Fixed Term Deposit Account.
• Information on the status of Stock Purchase Order.
• Information on the position of the Stock Portfolio.
• Information on the IBAN (International Bank Account Number)
• Emporiki Bank Secure e-code retrieval for registration to the service

Manage Money:

• Funds transfer to an Emporiki Bank account or to another Bank within Greece (soon funds transfer to banks within the EU available)
• State and Pension Fund Payments (VAT, IKA, TEBE, Social Security Organization for the Self-Employed (OAEE Income Tax), including a facility for printing out an electronic proof of payment.
• Credit Card Payments
• Prompt payment of bills (OTE, Vodafone, PPC and others)

• Definition and management of direct debits
• Cheque Book order
• Public Offering Applications
• Password Change
• Report and block lost or stolen Credit Cards

Maintenance:

• Modification of personal details
• Application to add/remove accounts
• Emporiki Phone Banking Code retrieval

You can print out payment slips as proof of your online transactions, and/or save your account statements in an electronic file for further processing.
